Electrical: Concealed wiring suitable for 3 phase connection. 2 light Points, one fan point and one 5A point as standard will be provided in each Bed room. 2 TV points and 2 Telephone points one in living and another in Master Bed Room.  AC points in all bedrooms. Two 15 AMP points and three 5 AMP points for Kitchen.  All other points will be at extra cost.  Modular Switches of Siemens or equivalent make.  All charges up to the meter will be paid by the Client.
